Sissi Village

Sissi Village

Sissi is a picturesque fishermen village situated at 26km west of the cosmopolitan small town of Agios Nikolaos, and 42km east of Heraklion the busy capital of Crete. It is a well hidden special place and one arrives there after leaving the big National road and both Hersonissos and Malia behind. The small winding road with olive trees on both sides is a pleasant surprise to those who want to see a bit more of real Crete than the big tourist resorts.
